Upside down attached to base of an easel. This is a front castor with lock. The castors are screwed to the easel. I have never liked push in castors. With screws you never have trouble. Note the large ring where the castor attaches to the easel. This is actually a ball bearing for smooth rotation. |
Please note that the standard castors I fit are good quality plastic. They are good quality and are normally trouble free. The only trouble has been when customers have been wheeling easels over rough ground such as coarse concrete with a broken surface, or for extraordinarily long distances over concrete. If you plan to do this, the metal castors will be fine, the plastic ones will wear out.
