Folding Box Easel or French Box Easel

This is an imported easel. I cannot make something like this due to workshop setup and the range of specialized fasteners required.
This easel is well made with good quality fittings that with a bit of care and attention, should not give trouble. It folds into a reasonable size box, containing a drawer and a removable palette. The carry handle is comfortable to hold and there is a shoulder strap as well. All fittings are brass or brass plated, many fastened with small screws. The wood is European Beech, and plywood. The feet have non slip rubber tips. It is easy to unfold with instructions provided. Not as stable as my fully folding easels but a good alternative for the artist who wants everything in the one box.

I can usually predict when parcels will arrive in Metro areas however this is not 100% accurate and cannot be fully relied upon. My carrier will not leave a parcel without instructions to do so.
